Digital Media for Koh Kret Agriculture: From Farms to Frames
The Communication Arts and Journalism Department, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Shinawatra University, invites you to participate in the “Digital Media for Koh Kret Agriculture: From Farms to Frames” project. This community outreach initiative integrates teaching and research to align with the Shinawatra University Strategic Plan while supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
This project aims to enhance the capabilities of local entrepreneurs in Koh Kret by providing workshops on storytelling, digital media design, website development reflecting local identity, and online marketing strategies. Over three months, participants will gain practical knowledge and strategic insights to apply directly to their businesses, empowering them to expand their market presence and improve their agricultural product branding.
Additionally, this project plays a crucial role in Shinawatra University’s QS Stars evaluation by focusing on creating positive impacts on the community and society. Interested participants can join activities held both onsite at Koh Kret and online. For more information, please contact the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Shinawatra University
